WOMEN'S WELLNESS RETREAT

Individual Retreat

Join with other women of faith for this special relaxing weekend focused on women’s wellness—body, mind and spirit. In addition to a focus on spiritual wellness and daily Mass/prayer services, there will be opportunities for nature walks, individual exercise, optional yoga/stretch sessions, small group sharing and healthy menu options.
