APPLICATIONS

Applications may be submitted for any retreat that is not marked “reserved.”

Please feel free to make copies of the blank application form for others or to apply for more than one type of retreat. Be sure that you complete the entire application, and mail it with your deposit.

APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY TELEPHONE, FAX OR E-MAIL, OR WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. Please note that applications, particularly for spring and summer retreats, may not be processed immediately upon receipt. Please be patient. You will be notified of acceptance or waiting list status.

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

A deposit in the amount indicated on the “Retreat Calendar” will hold your reservation. If you are unable to make a full deposit, please contact us.

Please make check payable to “Marianist Family Retreat Center.”

Balance is due at the end of your retreat stay, except for the Teen Retreats, when the balance is due prior to the retreat.

Last-minute CANCELLATIONS are costly to us and may also deprive someone of coming on a retreat. Deposits will be refunded (minus a $10 processing fee) only when notification has been received at least two full weeks before the retreat.

Full rates will be charged for all family members for whom accommodations have been reserved, even if they subsequently choose not to attend or attend only part of a retreat.

Deposits will be fully refunded for those we cannot accommodate.
